Ms. Helen Louise Tyson age 81 of 400 Deck Street, Greenville, NC died Tuesday March 9, 2021 at East Carolina Rehabilitation & Wellness Center. Funeral service will be held Sunday, March 14. 2021 at 2:pm, at the W.E. Flanagan Memorial Chapel. Viewing will be held one hour prior to service. Internment will be at Queen Anne Cemetery in Fountain, N.C. Ms. Tyson worked as a housekeeper at Vidant Medical Center. She is survived by one son, Melvin Earl Wilks of Greenville, NC; one brother, Willie Tyson of Grimesland, NC; two sisters, Carolyn Tyson of Greenville, NC and Doris Bennett (Leonard) of Teaneck, NJ; A host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Services has been entrusted to W.E.Flanagan Memorial Funeral Home & Cremation.
